The keyboard layout can be changed by simply clicking on the applet. If the DiscoverStation was configured to offer more than one keyboard layout, the keyboard layout code should change (up to a maximum of four times depending on the variety of keyboard layouts configured to be offered). If the DiscoverStation was configured to only offer one keyboard layout, then clicking on the applet should produce no visible change. To Configure the Keyboard Layout Switcher: Up to four keyboard layouts can be offered at any one time on the DiscoverStation, and this can be configured through Network Personalizer:
Note that the offering of keyboard layouts is computer box specific. That is to say, the choice of keyboard layouts that are being offered will affect all stations that are connected to the same computer box; there is currently no way to specify certain keyboard layouts to certain stations only.
