Halloween Recipe: Baby Blue Eyeballs

Try this easy and creepy recipe for Halloween! Hard boil 1 dozen extra-large eggs and cool. Slice each egg in half forming 2 half ovals and scoop out the yoke. Chop up the yoke and mix in a bit of yellow mustard to form a paste. Slowly mix in blue food coloring until you have just the right color for your eyeballs. Fill the eggs with the blue yolk mixture, then push an olive into the middle for the pupil.

This month we feature Sean Rousseau, the marketing team lead here at Userful. Sean is a recent University of Victoria graduate, and has worked for Userful for the past 6 months. Sean's a real go-getter, and his hard work has resulted in DiscoverStation getting well-deserved media coverage in magazines and TV.

Sean is an avid musician, drumming in a well-known local band. Originally from Ontario, he is loving living near the ocean in Victoria, and got hooked on kayaking over the summer. Sean likes to unwind after a hard day of marketing with a game of squash, and he loves to cook.
